If you haven't received your licence after 12 hours, please try the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your account or guest order status. If you created an account or used an existing one at checkout, log in and check your order messages. If you checked out as a guest, check the confirmation email for a link to track your order status.
- Check your email carefully. Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct, and check your spam/junk folder — licence emails are sometimes filtered automatically.
- Confirm your payment was successful. Licences are only issued once payment has been confirmed; a pending or failed payment will delay delivery.
- Check for a message from us. We may email you to request additional information or clarify an inconsistency with your order — please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this before assuming your order hasn't been processed.
