Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be clear and customer-friendly. Here's how it works:
1. Full Refund or Replacement for Non-Functional Licenses
If the license you receive doesn't work, contact our support team. We'll first check whether the issue is caused by the license itself, rather than external factors (e.g. incorrect installation, wrong product version, or system issues on your device). If the license is confirmed unusable, you're entitled to a full refund, or replacement depending on original purchase date.
2. Full Refund for Non-Delivery
Your installation guide is available immediately after purchase, and your license is issued within 12 hours. If you haven't received your license within 2 days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund. If you have an account with us, we'll check our messaging system to confirm non-delivery; if you checked out as a guest, we'll check email logs.
3. No Refund for Change of Mind
Once your order has been made and payment completed, it is non-refundable except in the circumstances mentioned in 1 and 2. This reflects your acknowledgement at checkout that, as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you waived your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended). This applies only to the right of withdrawal (change of mind) and does not affect your separate statutory rights regarding faulty, non-functional, or not-as-described products (see points 1 and 2 above), which remain fully protected under UK and EU consumer law.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. We'll respond within 12 hours to confirm your refund. Once confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 2–3 working days on our end; your payment provider may then take a further 4–7 working days to return the funds to you, depending on your bank or provider.
License Check
In cases of claimed faults, we reserve the right to check the license, we may do this on the web app for the respective software and/or on two or more of our own devices. You are welcome to ask for this evidence if required.
For non-receipt claims, we reserve the right to check whether a license was used after purchase before approving a refund. If we find clear evidence of use, we may decline the refund request.
Payment and Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via the method used to process the payment initially.
Cancellation of Orders Made in Bad Faith
Orders placed through fraudulent means, exploitation of technical errors, or misuse of promotional offers may be cancelled at our discretion.
Warranty
All license's are warranted for 12 months from the date of issue.
